Candice Starks-Haynes is a devoted wife, mother-in-love, sister, grand-daughter, niece, cousin, God-mother, friend, Christian, coach, community advocate, writer, artist, and dynamic leader. With over 20 years of experience empowering individuals to live courageously and abundantly, she has earned a reputation as a compassionate and transformative change agent.
Candice holds both a Bachelor’s in Visual Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design from Doane College in Crete, NE (now Doane University); and Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Doane College in Lincoln, NE. She also has certifications in coaching, art therapy, positive psychology and project management. Candice is also affiliated with multiple organizations such as Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
Born and raised in North Omaha, Nebraska, Candice established her roots by dedicating countless hours to coaching individuals from all walks of life. Now based in Kansas City, Kansas and Missouri, she and her family have embraced KC as their home, continuing her mission of inspiring, empowering and uplifting others.
Candice brings a wealth of experience in building and leading high-performing teams, as well as in life, executive, career, and business coaching. Her expertise extends to facilitation, teaching students of all ages, and even working as a former art instructor. With additional skills in graphic and web design, technical support, organizational conflict and leadership Candice’s creativity and professionalism shine in every project she undertakes.
